bad services and no respond for a month

i have loged a fault with telkom on the 04/12/2017 for them to come fix their line that went off after bad whether and till today the 04/01/2018 still waiting ,i call them everyday and they tell me same story that the query is in progress and awaiting technician ,this is the worse service ever from a world wide known service provider,what is sad is that they still keep debiting and the lines are at the student accommodation homes its Jan students are back and still cant use wifi ,i hate telkom i want nothing to do with them they are full of themselves thinking they don t have competition nxaaaa....
