Bad services and misleading of clients

Telkom have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I app**** for a cell phone contract and after being pre-approved I got a text that they will deduct money from my acoount which they did on Monday. Then got a text to say I can tract my percal with the courier company but the code they gave me is not registered. Yesterday I called and was told they were out of stock and the courier company will have it and I can track my phone but still I cant track how far it is coz the code they gave me is still not registered. What a bad experience when starting a contract with a new client.
