Bad services

Went to telkom today because I was due for a upgrade and they sent me a list of phones that where available to me.(s9+ that I'm interested in for 399)

Got there and yes once again just fishing to get you in the store the phone is no longer available but they can give me the S9 on a that contract for 550. So yes just to be clear not a beta phone for more money. Thanks telkom
