Bad services

I’m tired of Telkom since December I’ve been having a problem with them starting with not debiting on the exact date so they can double charge me the next month now the debited they money they were the first to debit but blocked my phone I can’t receive or call anyone no messages are coming through I am tired of them I’ve been calling and going to they stores every month to resolve the same problem.
