30 June 2023 at Mall of AFRICA, I bought cellphone via contract Honor X8A.

15 September i went to mall of africa telkom, the had two issues: it cut outgoing calls when they reach 2min, all outgoing calls went on private number. i stayed for 3hours, they struggled to help me, i did simswap, still above was not resolved.

last week 4 october i went to telkom again mall of africa, i was advised to log a network claim and the phone will be fine within 24hours.

it almost 7 days now the fone is still not fine and it frustrates me, i am battling to make outgoing calls since people dont answer private number.

i cant continue using this fone anymore.
