I have since waiting for your response in regard with my complaint, I need all my money back to my account. you have been sending me from pillar to post and non of your has communicated on the progress regarding this matter. I have already spoken to 5 consultant and explaining one thing over and over again and it is really annoying.

even your said team leader Bhekokwakhe Shange whom consultant Courtney Van Wyk referred my matter to you his totally unhelpful. what a pathetic services is rendered by such a huge company with so many incompetence bunch of employee. and this kind of behaviour will definitely ensure that it is escalated and exposed. consultant I spoke to David Tshepo Motshediso Mosedi Courntney Van Wyk which she was in communication with her team leader Bhekokwakhe Shange Gugu Gasa who also told me that she has send a communication to *** and this are the consultant we the entire country have to rely on to resolve our queries.
