Bad services

This service has been acting up recently. The connection is really bad and it is inconveniencing us soo badly. I currently depend on it for my studies, tests and exams and it cuts me off when i am busy on that. I am even scared to attempt tests and exams cause it may kick me out. I don't know how that can be fixed but can it be fixed very soon. I'd also recommend people to use other networking providers to avoid these kind of issues. #WIN
