Bad services

I have been a happy client for appr 10 years with telkom but not anymore. Never have i ever experience such bad service in my life order viber for kids for Christmas wait for 1 month after spending an hour and a half original on find out about there service promises were made but no service I have received the router but thats a but without existing fibre to the complex i cannot use it....this however they did not tell me. Aparently when I ordered there were coverage so to speak. They together with vumatel sold me a product that does not yet exist....when i phoned this morning to follow up on the installation they infomred me they have cancelled the service due to the fact that the lines have not yet been installed to the complexes. I have not authorized any cancellation but they inform me that if I want to cancel all my other services with them I need to phone to authorize wft!! Worst ever service ever. Watch out they will sell you the product and you will be the one phoning between telkom and vumatel being their personal assistant to get your service installed and then they will cancel all your hard work WITHOUT any notification or authorization....
