Bad services

As a customer who has been with telkom I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with the services you give your customers.Imagine I've been trying for a whole week just to try speak with customer services all I get it that stupid WhatsApp link that doesn't help me with my problem. I went to the brunch service there is just as worse people drag their feet. Your call centre agent from customer care tell you that their hands are tied and rudely hung up I'm at a point where I am even thinking of porting to a different service provider cause what nonsense service is this Telkom. Also what about people who don't have whatapp since your only option is to use WhatsApp to assist your customers no man do better
