Bad services

Its been 7 days since i made payment to my telkom arrears but my services are still suspended.been sending proof of payments to telkom and they have been saying the payment still doesn't reflect.how long does it take for it to reflect?? Worst service ever

I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone
