Bad services

Telkom is the baddest network ever. I've found out that I have a account and is in arears. Ive never had a account. Ive been to there stores aswell and the dane a call logg and no one has called me. The hand me over and when I explain to the debt collectors they just told me they have the outstanding amount.

Im really ****ed with them because you dont get hold of them. They only call you for a new contract or a overdue account. That the only time they'll call you
