BAD SERVICES

Well I brought a phone on contract with Telkom and I I was paying them just fine. Then I missed a payment for one month this year may be May or June them they did debit their money endoff then they where suppose to send me data and airtime for that month because I paid twice the month that I owe and the current month. Then I phoned they told me that I was handed over to Nudet, apparently I phoned and they said I'm not. So all I need is for Telkom to rectify their mistake on me so that I can pay because now I won't do that till they sort this thing.
