Bad services

Telkom doesn't deliver on what what they promise you upon, your 1st subcription they are quick to assist you when setting up an account, but come when they offline they never take the initiative to assist you on time, their customer consultant are quick to assist upon sales but when you lodge a dispute they rude not friendly, Telkom goes offline yet month end they charge you for services which they haven't provided. Their agents will take drastic measures to collect funds but slow in solving your dispute errors. I'm a business client my phone was offline for a week but *** only Internet was working called telkom several times but they could not resolve the error yet month end they send invoices not only with me but also with close people I know like Balemi civil pty Ltd *** they went offline for about 34 days but come month end telkom invoices. Telkom it is not a reliable service provider and I would suggest that people stay away from it, as I also intend to cancel my services with them and look for a better company to provide me with better services.
