Bad service,please refund

I have communicated the problem but to this day it has not been solved. Can I be refunded the money of the 115 89gig I bought n 11035 night surfer as well in other words for both which amounts to to more the 22gigs on my number ***. . The only time I can connect is only by using airtime it doesn't allow me to connect through data its said data depleted . It has been working all along. I tried all the things they told me to do The operate promised that it will work after our conversation but it never did. Im afraid I'm going to forfeit the data cos some are for 7 days. It only connect with air time lately only nomatter what option you choose.
