Bad service&bad call center

Our telkom has been off for the 3rd day now already, when trying to get through to the call center to log the fault they also useless and we don't get helped. We eventually got the fault logged but still nothing. Why is it such a struggle with Telkom when it comes to this. Their services is getting worse by the day!!!!!!!!
