Bad Service, worst experience ever.

Recently cancelled my openserve home fibre line with Telkom and it has been a nightmare/worst experience ever. I have been trying to get my new service provider to take over the line but not winning till today. Telkom doesn't want to realise the line for what reason I don't know but clearly signing up with them is smooth and cancellation is hell.

Waisted more than 7hours of my precious time speaking to different operators but still no luck. All they did was referring me to different departments. Calling around is another pain since you have to wait for at least 10 to 30 minutes to get service. Some operators will hang up on me and others put me on hold for ever without any notification whatsoever.

Its been days without internet and TV streaming.

Bad bad bad bad bad service please don't sign up. NO GO ZONE!!!!
