Bad service with useless customer care line

I would never recommend Telkom to anyone. Been struggling to get my landline on,for a whole wee****! I spoke to about 10 consultants already,and used up R300 of my airtime!!! I need someone to contact me urgently as i want to cancel. If anyone checks reviews,please,please,please,please DO NOT take out any Telkom plans. You will have endless problems.
