Bad service with Telkom SA

<p>I have a problem with telkom SA , i dont know if they dont wwant to cancel my contract or they just want to make money from people. My contract expired in November , i wrote the a letter amd submit the cancellation form on the 28/10/2016. they provided Case No: ********** 7. Even now my contract still not cancelled , every time i call them they tell me to wait for 27 days , i want the contact cancelled as soon as possible.</p> <p>They keep on debiting my account </p> <p>My number is ********** 966</p> <p>Thanks </p> <p>Mrs Madigoe </p> <p> </p>
