Bad service with Telkom & Admin plus

I have been experiencing a problem with my claim with telkom insurance on my lost handset since o4 November 2022 without any success. Each time I have to take time off from my work to go to the branch where I have to make contact. I was told to submit a Police stamped Affidavit and was submitted. Only to be told that my claim was canceled because I didn't respond to their email. Only to fund that they send communication to the wrong email address than the one I have given them. After realizing their fault, I was promised that the claim will be reopen and someone from their office will contact me , something that never happened. I only do follow-ups at their branch and.i had to wait longer periods on the line to can talk to them. Until this day I have never received any call from Telkom or their Agents regarding my claim. My claim number is 95490 with my identification number being ***. I have since been paying the subscription without fail including insurance and I don't have a phone.
