Bad Service with new installation

Telkom management must be the worst as i had 4 appointments with the technician last week and today and all that show up is a bad service from telkom no technician came to my house no one called me to give a reason and every day you call the sales department that just tell you that they will arrange another appointment. After you hold on for 30min this is pathetic just to install a new adsl line very bad service very bad. My order number: ********** 80
