Bad service with data contract order

<p>I ordered Data contract for my home. After about 5 hours of phoning them on various days delivery was confirmed. Delivery address also confirmed. Then they send it to wrong address where I worked about 5 years ago. This address never mentioned in any phone call. When I realized the mistake, I tried to call to correct, but got the attitude that it will be delivered later in the week even after I told them that I will be out of town for the rest of the week. Incompetence as you will not believe. Then they promise to call me back, but that never happens. Emails sent are ignored, even those sent from the courier company to correct the mistake. If I could choose a rating of -5 I would.</p>
