BAD SERVICE WITH CANCELLATIONS

I have 4 numbers I have been paying for, for almost 10 years that is not in use, I have mailed, phoned done all I could to cancel these lines as they are not in use. With no luck. CAN'T GET ANY CANCELLATION DONE AT TELKOM
