BAD SERVICE WITH CANCELLATIONS

I've been trying since August to get services cancelled to no avail. There was 4 emails sent already and I don't know how many phone calls.....It keeps getting escalated. This is for a business line. Totally unacceptable. The service from Telkom is pour. It's just as bad as ESKOM.......
