Bad service will never recommend

I have been emailing and contacting over and over again and nothing is being resolved . I have escalated and escalated and still nothing . I have requested one time from telkom and they did 6 enquiries and everytime I get a stupid automated email back. I contacted telkom they told me to contact the credit bureau I email them same stupid thing over and over .
