BAD SERVICE - WAITING FOR WIFI SINCE JULY !

Hi ,I have app**** for WIFI in July and it is now end of September,The technician arrives this morning and now tells me I need a new phone line !!...she then goes away and says we need to make an appointment for a new phone line,its been almost 3 months paying for something Im not using !!!...I need this fixed and installed ASAP !
