Bad service- Vumile Gumede

Hi Telkom I am so disappointed with the service received from Vumile Gumede. She is so rude and she has no way of speaking to customers. Please do customer service training before she gives your business a bad name. She was so rude, I asked her for her name in the middle of the call as I wanted to refer to her by her name and she told me she had already told me her name. I asked her to speak to manager and she wouldnt let me. She explained to me how the billing work and when I used that explaination she changed and when I told her but "you said" she said we are passed that. So I am forced to understand billing that I do not understand. I am so disappointed telkom
