Bad service upgrade - delivery date

I signed up for an upgrade on my Telkom mobile contract on 13 August 2025. Was told by the sales person there is stock available of the iPhone 15 I ordered, and delivery would take place in 7 to 10 days time. I enquired today at the sales as to when I can expect delivery and was told in about a months time. This is unacceptable, to make promises that you cant keep. Not good Telkom, you can do better.
