Bad Service, unforgivable service.

Bad Bad ******** work from Telkom. I had a contract with them, it expired and they kept up until I realised that the debit order should have long be canceled then I logged a dispute against them with my bank. Can I please get help with cancellation and being refunded since they useless at the Telkom in College Square couldn't help me.
