Bad service , total *******

<p>This is the email i sent to telkom after getting the email address from one of their employees , and guess what it was undeliverable .</p> <p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disgusted at the service of telkom .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have 2 contracts currently with you guys and if I could cancel both I would .</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contact for a samsung galaxy A3 and have been having endless problems pertaining to my bill .</p> <p> </p> <p>Its suppose to be R199 per month but the sales person that phoned me failed to advise me that they put a limit on the phone of R500 which I never requested which just shows me that you don’t care about consumer rights .</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid the following amounts so far .</p> <p> </p> <p>R689 .16 on 3May 3, 2017</p> <p>R304.87 on 31 March</p> <p>R798.00 on 28 February .</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned in on the 8th of March to request that the change limit to R0.00 , which I was advised that same will be effective on the 1April , we didn’t you use the phone till then and on the 1st of April before using the phone I checked the limit was in fact changed to R0.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Telkom deduct again R689.16 today .</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t see the whole point in this bizarre deduction and want my money back .</p> <p> </p> <p>Because according to me I was only suppose to pay R298.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not going to take this lying down I am really disappointed in Telkom service .</p> <p> </p> <p>Unhappy client .</p> <p> </p>
