Bad service to upgrade ADSL line

I asked for a line upgrade on the 23 April 2018 From a 2mbps line to a 4 mbps and until today 03/07/2018 this has not happened. Poor service from telkom

Thank you I will await your reply. When I phoned last week they said it will be sorted in a day. I has been a week already and no reply.
