BAD SERVICE TO THE CORE

i'm sick and tired of Telkom right now. I went to the shop to cancel my contract last year they never process it still billing me for a small router that doesn't work it still off ever since i cancelled the contract and i cancelled the contract because it wasn't connecting.The Agent called Precious Shai form Telkom shop at Mall Of Africa didn't do her job she was the one who was helping me she even emailed me asking if i'm going to pay for the Device or will give it back i said no i'm coming to drop it and i did she was off that day when i went there to the shop my contract it still active not cancelled till today that time its not working it still off i'm using another network now.
