Bad service. Time to move to another service provider

I received a call from ********** claining to be from Telkom Mobile in conenction with my upgrade. The agent was extrememly rude.

I do realise this was a lie and not Telkom mobile but a telemarketer with whom I have upgraded before.

i have send Telkom emails regarding my upgrade and get ZERO response from them!
