bad service the fat one was very rude

on Saturday I went to Telkom maponya mall there was a long queue I waited closed to 2 hrs and I went to the toilet when I came back back the time was 16:36 the was closed the lady came to open the door and I told her I went to the toilet and she told me that they close at 16:50 why is she closing the and they were offline and she is taking documents and I yes take my documents as well and refused my friend was still inside the I had to wait for him until he was done and he was assisted he also came to do sim swap . I don't know why was the lady rude to me . I don't have her name but it was the fat one . please fat one respect us as customers you can close the at 16:36 but if I was in the and went to the toilet that should be an exception .
