Bad service that ruined me

I had a very bad experience with Telkom mobile which left a scar even today,I had a contract with Telkom of data which was approved through a phone call i received a moderm with courier services then the data was activated then i think only two deductions from my bank account were successful then the problem started when the deductions were not going through i had to go to the store for them to activate, pay the outstanding amount in woolworths store which i did then the data was activated for that month same thing happened the following month then still i went to the store again and paid via woolworths then when i went for maybe the 3rd or fourth time they found out that my account was linked to someone else from Montana and is like he is the owner of the contract i asked to be removed then and the account to be left with the person i was guaranteed it is done and it is sorted but earlier this year i was called to be informed that im owing R6000 and something i need to pay it they sent my contract to debt in which is now affecting my credit score and i went to the nearest Telkom again to try resolve my matter my issue was sent to their ***** department and i got the case number but still that didnt protect me or help me i was called almost everyday to pay it even felt like harrassment as everytime i will try to state my issue that i didnt even receive any data as much as i did open the contract i only own the moderm which was blocked but i didnt win finally i gave up aggreed to pay R1000 every month until im done and after paying Telkom must clear my name after all this,i paid up until later this year they realised it was ***** they didnt call anymore but just sent an sms, now even today they havent cleared my name and i feel like an sms is not enough they must compensate me they put me through a lot now i dont even think of taking any contract because of all the mess i went through because of Telkom i struggle a lot and im studying now data is very important, i will appreciate if i can get feedback or help thank you.
