Bad service, Telkom worst ISP ever...

Hello, after 5 weeks of phone calls every day, R 700 in airtime... I still am struggling with my Internet line... 8 faults logged and 3 on the same fault... Nothing!!! Nobody comes back to me and this is now effecting my business.. On 100mb fibre, living 900m from the exchange and get 100ping avg??? Download speed 54mb avg?? What the hell?? Very very upset... Never use Telkom as they do not care!!
