Bad service Telkom Wonderpark, Pta- North

<p>I've app**** for an uncapped WiFi package on 18 June 2016 at Telkom Wonderpark. I've completed the application form, submit a copy of my ID, bankstatements and copy of rates and taxes. </p> <p>The person who assisted me informed me that the technician will contact me within 21 working days. </p> <p>Saturday 16 July I again visited the Telkom branch in Wonderpark and was informed by Pauline that there is no application on the system and she also don't know were my documents are. Her two male colleagues were not in the office on Saturday and she will enquire from them about the appliaction and call me back.</p> <p>Pauline gave me the manager Mr Mbulelo tel nr ********** , which is just ringng since Saturday. no answer'.</p> <p> </p> <p>My concern is, what happend to my documents if there is no application caputred on their systems.</p>
