Bad Service Telkom! Unhelpful!
I had a query with telkom regarding my account. The matter was resolved because payment was made. They have suspended my account yesterday when my account has been paid in full. Tried getting hold of them today with the telkom chat and even requested call back. Service recieved was bad. They put me on hold as I answered the call fiur 20 min eventually I had to disconnect the call. I asked the agent on telkom chat when will my services be restored their response was the lawyers handle the accounts and it will take 7 to 14 working days. Telkom don't you have a system were payments made are updated regularly?

07 Apr 2023, 20:32Still no solution received from telkom. Their incompetency is to the highest level! It's been 7 days and they still have not resolved my issue. Spoke to over 30 useless employees who do not take the initiative to take an extra step in helping the customer. Telkom you suck!!!
