Bad Service Telkom Store Mooirivier

This is now ongoing since 3rd November 2025. Still haven't got my handset nor has it been replaced. Was told by management of Telkom Store Mooirivier that they waiting on the phone but Huawei does not have the phone. So who is lying. All I want is my contract canceled so that I can get a new handset. But I've been given the run around by everyone. So be careful when purchasing or signing a contract with Telkom Store Mooirivier very disgusting after service. I've been a customer for over 25 years and this is how you get treated. Just want it to be resolved immediately.
