Bad service Telkom Sales and Technical

Very bad experience , I have never seen such an incompeted department as Telkom Sales . Its been almost three weeks talking to sales explaining the same thing to multiple people who claims to be escalating and each time you call to follow up on what was last promised they expect you to explain over again . They are quick to sell you new products and not complete the order on their side . What they then did they cancelled the smart voice that was perfectly working and now they failing to activate the Yearlink phone . now we are paying for two usless devices that are not working soley because of their incompetence . I am so disappointed , fustrated because now our business is affected . Like what is really going on at Telkom , as the Ark Medical Centre we are now left stranded we cant even confirm or reach out to our patients .
