Bad service: TELKOM on a Telkomsa.net email services

I did have an email account with Telkomsa.net ***. Acc *** for last 15 years. Since Oct. 2020 my email was not functional as it should be. Various calls to 10210 (29/3 25 times, 5/5 1 time, various visits to TELKOM at Shelly Beach South Coast KZN. Visit to Telkom Stand at Royal Show Pietermaritzburg and help line on Telkom Customer care. with no success. I did stop paying my account of about R16.00 per month. But still nobody contact me to solve the problem. Please assist in this matter.
