Bad Service Telkom Mokopane Mall
Bad service from Elsie at Telkom in Mokopane mall. I purchased an LIT TV box which failed after 3 days. They told me at telkom when I bought it that it has a 7 day exchange period, it is 3 days and a dead android figure showing on the screen. Elsie at telkom Mokopane mall tells us they must send it away, no its 3 days old!. Elsie then let's us stand in the que again after being in it for an hour. This is absolute ******* service.
