Bad Service Telkom Mobile..No Assitance

Please assist and call my Auntie ***..she received the the ****le and sim card from Telkom..however she has been struggling to get it active...she has been taken from pillar to post..wen she goes to the store they say she must call call center...call center is always offline and she doesn't get assitance
