BAD SERVICE. Telkom has no concern for customer service!
my fault Ref ********** 9. Cannot receive or make calls. No internet. I am still waiting endlessly for help. Telkom is pathetic in customer service. I want a refund on no service. I spoke to Dimple on the 10th May in the morning and she advised that someone will come out to me today but nothing happened. Very pathetic service from telkom. I am thinking of canceling as customer service is last for telkom.
