Bad service Telkom Festival Mall

Telkom Festival mall has no service at all. I bought a TV Box with them then 3weeks later the TV Box was not working then I took it back to the store for repair. It took them a month to repair the device. When I went to collect it they gave me the older version of the device then on the 14/12/20 I took it back for an exchange but they couldn’t help me on the spot they had to book the new device in again and the was nothing wrong with it - just to exchange it from older version to the updated one.

Till today the 8/12/2020 I have not heard from them . When I went to the store they told me I must wait for an sms for collection. I spoke to the Manager she said she also don’t know what to do about my problem.
