Bad service Telkom Festival Mall

We went to upgrade our mobile contract with Telkom Festival Mall Kempton Park. The service was the poorest i have ever seen. First of all they took their time we stood in the queue for about 2 hours. When we reach the counter the sales lady keep on saying we must take the Huawei phone after we told her we dont want it. Then she went on and give us on a contract on the Samsung phone but did not mention that there is a special on the phone. She gave us the most expensive contract. The sales lady was not interested to give us the best deal or to give us information on the phone. Really bad service
