Bad Service Telkom

Bad service from Telkom, a consultant called me in Feb and offered me to upgrade the wifi package that I had, he **** to me that it's an upgrade but instead signed me up for another similar package, since Feb I have been paying for 2 wifi packages when I am one person, I have called Telkom several times since then to cancel this 2nd package, they promise to cancel but nothing to date . This month they even doubled the payments of the wifi packages and my cellphone. That's so unfair in this current economic situation.
