Bad Service Telkom

I reported problems with our connectivity speed on our LTE device to telkom on FaceBook as it is impossible to raise them on the phone . I actual made contact with some on on the message platform only to end up with some automated service so we have to start all over again. I have just renewed my contract with Telkom just to pay for no service again
