Bad service Telkom

Telkom is very useless and their service is bad . I was in arreas with my account but i managed to pay my account ,they debited my account on Friday 23rd and even now my account is suspended and locked. I cant use wifi or make calls because of their slow system. When i called they tell me that they cannot see the debit order that went through on Friday because the system hasn't updated .so now because of their inconvenience i have to suffer .i am unable to use wifi because they still suspended my account. Im so disappointed in Telkom honestly and none of them calls to update you. Their service is really poor and they don't value their customers.
