Bad service Telkom

Worst experience I ever had with a company, horrible online service been waiting over a week for any reply been on the phone whole week and not one person could assist me. On top of that I had to find out the first consultant gave me incorrect info and that was coming from another consultant from Telkom. Wasted so much airtime and still no help from Telkom there system is always offline
