Bad service Telkom

We have now been to Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom again and still nothing has been done yet. I still have not received a new handset or my contract has not been canceled as per the manager. Necessary forms was signed was told waiting on response from Consumer Request for Contract and Service Cancelation. Was told it would take 24hours it's now 2 days ago. So can anyone help me please to get this matter sorted out immediately.
